Contact diaries related to school closure

We provide the original contact diaries (450 study participants for a total of 7,009 reported contacts) used to estimate the effect of reactive school closure policies in shaping human mixing patterns.

Survey-based contact matrices

We provide the average number of contacts by age group (5-years age brackets) measured in the performed population-based contact survey in the form of contact matrices. In addition to the matrix of total contacts, we provide setting- and relation- specific contacts matrices.
